Rebalancing Bodywork
Be touched and become aware of deeper layers of
yourself Rebalancing bodywork combines attentive touch with precise knowledge about muscles holding patterns. Because we all tend to keep emotions at bay by contracting muscles, we can access and liberate these emotions with skillful and supportive touch. After establishing relaxation your body will guide us to neglected parts of yourself. Acknowledging them, touching them, allowing to be touched by yourself will be very liberating en joyful. |

Body oriented
Trauma therapy; Somatic Experiencing Somatic Experiencing is a body oriented method to heal traumatic residues of intense experiences from the past. This treatment does not require touch, but will be focused on the sensations in your body. Because we always will establish maximum safety and and only take one step at a time in releasing the body memories of trauma, this method is very gentle.
